Follow-ups to be booked within 3 months of the first. Please note: - Couple Consultations are available for individuals living in the same household. - Family Consultations include (2 adults + 1 child) or (1 adult + 2 children). - Children must be over 5yrs and under 18yrs. Please download and complete the Food Diary before your first appointment.
